This refund policy applies to Rematchly appeal review, profile audit, message coaching, and fresh-start strategy purchases made through rematchly.com.

Before work starts

Refunds are available before review work begins

If you request a refund before Rematchly starts reviewing your intake, draft, profile, or situation, Rematchly can provide a refund for the service purchase. Contact [email protected] with the email used at checkout and the service purchased.

After work starts

Completed service work is reviewed differently

Once Rematchly has started the review or delivered written guidance, refunds are not automatic. Because the service is based on personalized review time and written work, Rematchly may instead provide a correction, clarification, or limited revision if the delivered work missed the agreed scope.

Cases Rematchly will review

  • A duplicate charge for the same service.
  • A payment error or wrong service purchase reported before work begins.
  • A service Rematchly cannot reasonably deliver after reviewing the intake.
  • A clear scope mismatch that cannot be corrected with a clarification or revision.

Not covered

Platform outcomes are not refund triggers

Rematchly does not provide refunds only because a dating platform denies an appeal, keeps an account restricted, removes an account, reduces reach, or because matches and replies do not improve. Those outcomes are controlled by dating platforms and other users, not Rematchly.

How to request

Send the payment details

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request." Include the email used at checkout, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and a short explanation. Refunds, when approved, are processed through the payment provider and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
